Elisabetta Grappasonni, in arte EliG, nasce a Roma. All'età di sedici anni si trasferisce ad Assisi (PG) dove tuttora vive e lavora. Consegue la laurea in giurisprudenza ed il titolo di Avvocato ma la sua grande passione sin da piccola è stata la pittura e l'arte in genere. Sicuramente la magia ed il carisma delle due città come Roma ed Assisi e la perdita prematura dei suoi genitori hanno scaturito nell'artista il bisogno di esprimere le sue emozioni nelle tele. Dal 2007 ad oggi infatti la produzione di opere è stata copiosa partecipando a varie estemporanee e facendo lavori su commissione. Dapprima sperimenta la materia quale gesso, malta garza giornale con forme astratte in un turbine di armonie di colori come a dare libero sfogo alla sua rabbia interiore alla ricerca di un equilibrio e serenità. Frequenta l'Accademia di Belle Arti di Terni BAT corsi di anatomia e pittura sia a tempera che ad olio corsi tenuti dal maestro Igor Borozan. Inizia così a dipingere volti, corpi maschili parti del corpo femminile armoniosi e sensuali anche la figura dell'Uovo così semplice e perfetto. Per Lei la bellezza, in senso lato, provoca emozioni positive e tutto ciò che è positivo è essenziale nella vita. Ha partecipato a varie mostre collettive a Spello(PG) per l'Infiorata ad Assisi con una personale Chronos -Frammenti di tempo presso Nun Relais Museum e varie collettive, al Museo diocesano di Gubbio, Museo Antiquarium di Corciano a Milano in occasione del salone del mobile Perugia una personale presso il Tangram design poi collettive a Londra presso la Crypt Gallery, San Pietroburgo Presso Exhibition Center Union of Artist Shanghai presso Galleria DA , Parigi presso Galleria I-Gallery  Montmartre ecc

Elizabeth Grappasonni, aka Elig, born in Rome.
